The Associate Board Aim
A group of young professionals (ages 25-40) who will use their time, talents, and resources to support and advance the
ministry's mission, vision, calling and purpose.

Our Associate Board members exemplify a committed and consistent walk of faith, dependence on Jesus and have a personal calling to our ministry.
As a member you will actively participate in events and serve as a community ambassador via: networking, recruiting, and fundraising.

Qualifications
- Passion for the Mission and Vision of Caris
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and expanding Caris’ community and supporter base
- Assist in fulfilling fundraising requirements appointed to the Associate Board
- Some knowledge in financial oversight and strategic planning to provide and support in decision making processes
- Willingness to actively participate in events and volunteer opportunities
- Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups
- Be a financial supporter of Caris
- Committed to serving a 1-year term
- Attend at least six Associate Board meetings per year
- Spiritual maturity
- A personal dedication to and supporting the mental health community
- A strong sense of ethics, integrity and professionalism in all actions and decisions aligning with Caris’ values
- An Associate Board Member must exemplify a committed and consistent faith in Jesus, relying on Him while possessing a personal calling to ministry, as well as a dedication to the specific mission and vision at Caris.
