We Journey With Women And Children From Conception To Age Five

A woman facing an unplanned pregnancy may feel overwhelmed and unaware of available resources making her feel nonexistent. She often feels the burden to manage on her own despite help being within reach.


Our professional counselors are the first step to connect women with essential and practical resources. When a woman's basic needs are met, she can start making positive steps for herself and her child.


We are dedicated to fostering relationships within the broader community, working together to find respectful common ground even with those who hold different views on this issue. It takes all of us, not just Caris to make a difference.

What is C25?

Our C25 Program is designed to help women and children thrive from conception to age five, through strategies, partnerships and increased supportive services. 

Connection Groups

Our Connection Groups (group counseling) are safe and empowering communities of women. It is a place to ask questions and talk things through with other women who are in a similar stage of life.


There are three types of groups counseling:

➞ Ignite: Conception to birth

➞ Evolve: Moms with children, infant to age 3

➞ Thrive: Moms with children, ages 3-5 years old


We don’t want anyone to walk alone during an unplanned pregnancy.


When our clients participate in a Connection Group, they are in a good place to build longer-term healthy support either in the Christian community or the community at large.

Caris Essential Boutique

Caris provides new essential items for mom, baby, and child. All new items are donated, i.e. diapers/wipes, clothes, bibs, deodorant, shampoo, female products, etc.

3:17 Partnership

Inspired by 1 John 3:17, this partnership connects our clients to partners who want to meet a practical need, including larger items not found in our Essential Boutique, i.e., strollers, car seats, toddler bed, bike, desk, and cribs. All items are delivered directly to the client's home!


3:17 Partners can also assist clients by providing groceries, baby showers, and a wide range of other practical needs.

Community Resources

Our counselors connect women with a variety of resources available in the community: insurance, health care, public aid providers, etc. Churches bring in essential and practical goods to demonstrate God’s love.


When some of a woman’s needs are met, she can begin to take positive steps for herself and her child.

  • What is your political stance?

    Caris is an apolitical nonprofit organization. Our approach is easy, we serve with grace and love and trust God to do the work we are incapable of.

  • If a woman decides to end her pregnancy?

    We are still available to her providing support for her emotional needs. We commit to supporting every woman facing an unplanned pregnancy, no matter what her decision is. This is one of our core values.

  • Do you provide ultrasound?

    Caris partners with a local organization that provides free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds.

  • What can I expect from a counseling session, how long does it take?

    A professional counselor will greet you in the waiting room and invite you to a private room. She will spend time talking with you about what’s going on in your life and how pregnancy may affect it.

  • What kind of resources can you connect me to?

    We are committed to helping you find the support and resources you need during and after an unexpected pregnancy. Free resources, community programs, and our very popular Connection Groups are all excellent options!


  • Do you provide or refer abortions?

    No, we do not. She is welcome to schedule an appointment for post-abortion counseling and our abortion redemption workshop.
